The rail guided vehicles compact rack system(RGVCRS) achieves
the semi-automatical compact pallet storage, by this combination
with the channel racks and rail guided vehicles. According to the
locations of in or out entrance, the RGV could be sorted two
kind of model, first in first out(FIFO) and last in first out(LIFO).

The pallets loading entrance in one side, and taking out in other side

Disadvantages:
Must be arranged forklift channels in two side of the RSCRS,the usage rates of dynamic storage is lower than the LIFO model

To arrange one forklift channel only one side, and utilizing the storage area maximally
To fulfill the situation which undemanding the specified order of seniority.
Disadvantages:
Can not achieve the specified order of pallets

Radio shuttle racking is constructed similar as drive in racking and push back racking with compactor moving automatically on the guide rails picking or loading pallets. Compared with drive in racking, radio shuttle system would be more stable and high efficient, and compared with push back racking, this system would be much safe without leaning degree. So radio shuttle racking system is name as safe, easy operation and high efficiency, and would be more suitable for cold storage warehouse. Components: Frame: Though push back racking is stable system for structure, we also use killed steel for upright to meet with requests of low temperature. Compactor controlled by radio devices, compactor could automatically pick or load pallets according to the pre-arranged order, so that the driver could have enough time to pick or load more stored pallets to improve the work efficiency. The compactor could load 1000kgs, work in warehouse of -30~40, speed to 0.8m/s with four 12V 26Ah batteries. The compactor is made with high tensile steel for durable usage. The cover could be easily disassembled for maintenance of exchanging batteries. Technical Description: 1. The whole racking system need radio shuttle and forklifts to work together. The radio shuttle is controlled wirelessly by remote to complete storage of goods. Pallets are loaded onto a shuttle at the front of the lane, which transports the pallet to the other end. 3. The in-built sensor on the shuttle detects the position of previous pallets and places the new load at a redetermined distance from them, before return to the beginning. 4. The shuttle movements are sent via the radio remote controller, allowing the forklift truck and driver to be released for other tasks while the shuttle operates. One shuttle can be shared by many lanes. 5. The shuttle is easily moved between lanes by a standard forklift.
