Based on specific customer requests, our antenna design allows us to position an antenna on the sheet layout along the embedding of contact chip module without any interference from the RFID antenna. This is what we call the hybrid card, which combines contactless and contact chip technology into one card.

A lay flat tube is a common, cost-effective style of FIBC liner. The liner has no spouts or contours. Generally, the liner is open on one end and heat sealed on the other. Lay flat liners can be inserted and attached into a bulk bag in the same manner as a form fit liner. Prior to filling the bag, it is recommended that the liner is pre-filled with air to remove possible twists or wrinkles in the liner. POE plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer in situ polymerization of ethylene and octene using metallocene catalyst. Its characteristics are as follows : (1) the soft crimped chain structure of octene and the crystalline ethylene chain as physical cross-linking point, which makes it both excellent toughness and good processability. (2) There is no unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of POE plastic, which has excellent aging resistance. (3)POE plastic has narrow molecular weight distribution and good compatibility with polyolefin. (4) Good fluidity can improve the dispersion effect of filler, but also improve the strength of fusion mark products.
