A: We are manufacturer of piston rings and water pumps. Our factory was found in 1996 and our plant is 30000square meter, more than 200 workers, 20 technicians.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-7days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 7-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for quality testing but not free.
Q: How about the warranty?
A: Usually Our Warranty is 12 month.  Otherwise, if any quality problem, we accept money refund in 15 days.
