Reinforced pipes, unreinforced pipes, flat end, tongue and Groove, socket and spigot types of pipe-shape can be produced, and the device can be used for producing lining anti-corrosion pipeline.
3. High degree of automation: using computer control system, touch-screen display, vibration frequency, the concrete feeding speed is adjusted automatically, only one operator for the machine, greatly improved the productivity, labor is 10% to 20% of centrifugal and suspended roller process.
4.Reducing investment: double automatic vertical vibrated pipe transported by forklift to complete, no need the Overhead Crane in the workshop, thus saving more than 50% civil engineering costs (such as the overhead Crane beam and rail, also the concrete foundation) and the full cost of a whole set of 16 ton Crane.
