1. High efficiency: 300- 800 forming two pipes at the same time, producing 10 pcs per hour of 2.5M of reinforced concrete drainage pipes;1000- 1200 forming single shape, 5pcs of 2.5M tube, total 200m pipes can be produced every day.
2. Product strong adaptability: 300 800 mm diameter pipe productions can be matched randomly (European similar devices can only produce the same diameter pipes). Reinforced pipes, unreinforced pipes, flat end, tongue and Groove, socket and spigot types of pipe-shape can be produced, and the device can be used for producing lining anti-corrosion pipeline.
3. High degree of automation: using computer control system, touch-screen display, vibration frequency, the concrete feeding speed is adjusted automatically, only one operator for the machine, greatly improved the productivity, labor is 10% to 20% of centrifugal and suspended roller process.
4.Reducing investment: double automatic vertical vibrated pipe transported by forklift to complete, no need the Overhead Crane in the workshop, thus saving more than 50% civil engineering costs (such as the overhead Crane beam and rail, also the concrete foundation) and the full cost of a whole set of 16 ton Crane.
