Instant skim milk powder is packed in a 20 kg bag. It is manufactured from freshly separated skim milk
which is pasteurised, concentrated and then spray dried. The powder is agglomerated to provide improved
reconstitution characteristics compared to standard skim milk powder.
Suggested Uses
• Instant Skim milk powder is typically re-packed for consumer applications
• An excellent non-fat milk source for any situation where a regular non-fat liquid milk or refrigeration
