Due to demand of architectural material, natural resources like wood effect and stones effect, have become scarce under exploitation. Therefore, we keep looking for alternative eco-friendly building material to save the environment. Iffa heat transfer printing film, a kind of heat transfer printing is one of the solutions. By transfer printing wood effect or stone effect on metal under vacuum condition,
We make building material more durable than ever but still aesthetic.
What!|s more important is that we do not need to waste the limited natural resources in this process. Besides, all the material used in this process is also recyclable. Based on sublimation but contrast to traditional heat transfer printing relying on printed paper.
Iffa heat-transfer printing performs much better by wrapped printed film in vacuum condition, which leads great resolution and excellent visual effect, especially on curved-surface aluminum extrusions and laminations such as aluminum frames or aluminum profiles are all done by heat transfer printing or call sublimation process.
For the same purpose of constructive decorations, IFFA Heat Release Transfer Printing is another innovative technology invented by CCH. Different from IFFA Thermoform Transfer Printing and IFFA TT Metal Lamination (by Aluminum Composite Panel ),IFFA Pre-Painted Galvanized Printing is designed mainly for Outdoor Building Material , such as Cold Rolled steel coil , Prepainted Aluminum Coil, Pre-painted Steel , Aluminum Composite Panel for outdoor , and Oiled Steel Coil,Prepainted Galvanized Sheet / Coil and Stainless Steel Coil. This superior technology of Pre-painted Galvanized Printing Film and Aluminum Composite Panel Printing Film makes finished products not only Anti-UV but also Weather-Resistant. In addition to the divine quality, its exclusive ink creates the sharpest printing effect and its heat-rolling process brings outstanding efficiency in the mass production

Common Patterns (Cylinders Fee Is Not Required) General Patterns CA-NR (Non-Royalty Camouflage) / CD (Designer) / CS (Stone) / CW (Wood) are general patterns owned by IFFA. They are common patterns widely used by hydrographic customers from a variety of industries. Customers do not need to pay any cylinders fee or royalty fee. Besdies, some popular patterns are available in stock. In that case, customers can order small quantity instead of MOQ. Royalty Patterns CA-R (Royalty Patterns) are royalty patterns authorized by famous studios. Customers purchase the royalty hydrographic film from IFFA and apply it on products with copyright protection. Most of the royalty patterns are camouflage designs. P-Series CCP (Carbon Fiber Premium) / CDP (Designer Premium) / CKP (Skull Premium) / CMP (Metal Premium) / CWP (Wood Premium) patterns are designed by IFFA or licensed by designers. The Premium hydrograhic film is printed with IFFA's special heat-resist ink and excellent for finished products with high quality standards, such as avivation and automobiles. Exclusive Digital WTP Patterns CCH provides exclusive digital WTP patterns. No cylinders required ; Fast delivery; Suitable for design-phase for few quantities and unique patterns.
IFFA water transfer printing is also called hydrographics, cubic printing, fluid imaging, hydro dipping or immersion printing. It is a process of applying printed designs to curved surfaces or three-dimensional materials. Water transfer printing is widely applied to plastic, however, it can also be used on glass, metal, woods, and various other materials. Different from water transfer sticker, made of release paper or film with ink, water transfer printing film is made of water soluble film with ink. The ink floats in water after the film dissvoled and becomes active after coating or spraying the activator. Dip the substrate into the water to be printed with the floating ink then the pattern will curve the substrate well by water pressure. In the end, rinse off the remaining residue and dry and apply clear coat on the printed substrate to get finished product. Compared to water transfer sticker, good at logo designs, water transfer printing film is good at continuous designs. Since 1992, IFFA (Cheng Chang Hsing) has offered more than 2,000 patterns and updates every year. We showcase most popular 500 common patterns and divide them into 4 categories including camouflage(CA), designer(CD), wood texture(CW) and stone grains(CS). In addition to common patterns, IFFA can help develop custom patterns.
