1.� Glass items:� consists of hard or soft low E glass ,reflective glass ,clear glass ,tinted glass, with types of flat tempered ,bent ,laminated processing ,according to the application

2.� Spacer bar :is the material used to separate the two glass lites in an IGU. It can be made by aluminum,stainless steel,hybrid ,plastic material .



The spacer width usually from 6mm-18mm.

Main features
1. PLC control. It adopts the mathematical input control system for washing section, aluminum spacer bar frame installation, pressing section. With discontinuous working method, it is humanized and saves energy. Higher automation, easy operation.
2. Human machine interface touch panel, easy switch of automatic and manual. Every section has its operating display function.
3. Automatic identification of coating glass and low-e glass(optional). Automatic alarm and stopping transfer if wrong coating.
4. The washing section is made from the welded bending industrial stainless steel plate.
5. The normal brushes is separate while it washes coating glass and low-e glass.
6. Oil-free lubrication waterproof bearing is used to avoid water pollution.

The edge of insultating glass is sealed by high strength sealants (Double sealing: aluminum sealed by butyl rubber, the glasses sealed by polysulfide rubber or structural adhesive).

Features:
1. Low U-value, various SC-value to suit all regions, and reasonable SHGC and low RHG value.
2. Insulated glass panel can educe heat loss, save energy, thermal insulation, saving energy, sound proofing, solar control, lower UV radiation, make our house cooler in summer and warmer in winter, especially when filled with inert gas.
3. Sound insulation Insulated glass can lower the noise, if applied with laminated panel, 80 decibels of traffic noise could be as low as 45 decibels.
4. Anti-dew Desiccant keeps the dryness inside the spacer and resists forming of dew.
5. The use of Low-E in IGU's further reduces heat transfer; it keeps thermal radiation heat from leaving interiors while preventing infrared heat from the sun from entering. To both reduce heat transfer and increase solar control, it is ideal to have an interior low-e pane and exterior tinted or reflective pane. For maximum performance, the use of Argon gas in the middle space is recommended. Replacing Air with Argon reduces noise levels and heat transfer even further.
