* Stainless steel I-beam is a long steel bar with a grooved section. It can be used to form various stress components according to the different needs of the structure, and can also be used as a connector between components. It is widely used in various building structures and engineering structures, such as house beams, bridges, transmission towers, hoisting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks and warehouse shelves. Stainless steel I-beam is a carbon structural steel used for construction. It is a simple section steel, mainly used for metal components and plant frames. Good weldability, plastic deformation performance and mechanical strength are required in use. The raw steel billet of stainless steel I-beam is low carbon square steel billet, and the finished stainless steel I-beam is delivered in hot rolling forming, normalizing or hot rolling state. Mill scale, is formed on the outer surfaces of plates, sheets or profiles when they are being produced by rolling hot iron or steel billets in rolling or steel mills. It looks like a hard brittle sand and is mainly composed of iron oxides, mostly ferric, and is bluish black in color. Being produced during the reheating, conditioning and hot rolling operation for the production of steel articles, the mill scale initially adheres to the steel surface and protects it from atmospheric corrosion, provided no break occurs in this coating. From the chemical and physical analysis performed on the scrap, and according to the european environmental rules, the material has been classified as a special non dangerous waste, listed in green list In particular the mill scale can be classified as follows: Einecs (european commission no.): 266-007-8 Waste code: 10 02 10 Basel code: b 12 30 Hs code: 2619.00

Deliciously tangy and one of the most highly prized natural foods in South Asia, the tamarind – the melodic name of which comes from the Persian "tamar-I-hind," meaning "date of India" – is gaining recognition and appreciation throughout the world. Said to be native to Africa, this exotic fruit grows on exceptionally tall trees of the fabaceae family, such as peas, beans, and other legumes, mostly in the warmer, dryer areas of Asia, Mexico, and India. Tamarind trees produce an abundance of long, curved, brown pods filled with small brown seeds, surrounded by a sticky pulp that dehydrates naturally to a sticky paste. The pods look a bit like huge, brown, overly mature green beans. After harvest, tamarinds are sometimes shelled in preparation for export. From there, they're often pressed into balls and layered with sugary water or syrup; sometimes they're salted. Processed tamarind products can be found in supermarkets, but remember that additives can alter the nutritional profile. It’s better to purchase tamarind when it's fresh and still in the pod. Refrigeration is the best way to preserve the freshness for up to several months.
Juniperus communis Fam: Cupressaceae Juniper is widely distributed throughout the northern hemisphere and its birthplace is obscure. It is found in Europe, North Africa, North America and northern Asia. The main commercial producers are Hungary and southern Europe, especially Italy. The berries were known to Greek, Roman and early Arab physicians as a medicinal fruit and are mentioned in the Bible. In the Renaissance, they were recommended against snake bite, and plague and pestilence. Because of its air-cleansing piney fragrance, the foliage was used as a strewing herb to freshen stale air and the Swiss burned the berries with heating fuel in winter to sanitize stale air. Gin, the alcoholic drink that gets its unique flavour from juniper berries, is named from an adaptation of the Dutch word for juniper, "geneva". Spice Description Initially hard and pale green, juniper berries ripen to blue-black, become fleshy and contain three sticky, hard, brown seeds. When dried, the berries remain soft but if broken open one will find the pith surrounding the seeds is easily crumbled. Bouquet: Fragrant and flowery, combining the aromas of gin and turpentine. Flavour:Aromatic, bittersweet and piny. Hotness Scale: 1 Preparation and Storage Juniper berries are at their best when they are still moist and soft to the touch, squashing fairly easily between one's fingers. It is possible to make a purée from juniper berries or to extract the flavour and aroma by macerating them in hot water, but as all parts are edible and the texture is agreeable, it is usually just as well to use the entire fruit, split or crushed. The berries are quite powerful, one heaped teaspoon of crushed fruits serving for a dish for four people. Store in a cool place in an airtight container. Culinary Uses Juniper berries perform a quite unique role, by contributing as much to the character of food through their 'freshening' ability, as they do by way of their specific taste profile. As well as flavouring a dish, juniper cuts the gaminess of game, reduces the fatty effect of duck and pork and perks up a bread stuffing. The strong hearty flavour of juniper goes well with strong meats, such as game. Pork chops, roast leg of lamb, veal, rabbit, venison and wild boar are all enlivened with a hint of juniper. Juniper berries blend well with other herbs and spices, especially thyme, sage, oregano, marjoram, bay leaves, allspice and onions and garlic. One application I am particularly fond of is in a simple chicken casserole, It can effectively be added to wine marinades for meats, and is used with coriander in smoking meat. It seasons pâtés and sauces and in Sweden. Goulash and Sauerkraut often feature a juniper taste, as do some home-pickled meats like salt beef, salt pork and ham. Generally juniper can well be used in any dish requiring alcohol. Fruit dishes, such as apple tart and pickled peaches, also harmonize with this flavour.
Calcined Bauxite: Calcined Bauxite is obtained by calcining (heating) superior grade Bauxite at high temperature (from 850 oC to 1600 oC). This removes moisture thereby increasing the alumina content. Compared to an alumina content of about 57 % to 58 % in raw Bauxite, Calcined Bauxite has an alumina content of 82 % to 86 %. The heating is carried out in rotary kilns. Calcination is done at different temperatures ranging from 850 oC to 1600 oC depending upon the customer’s application. We export Calcined Bauxite for various applications such as refractory bricks, abrasives, steel polishing, etc. We provide consistency in quality and availability of Calcined Bauxite at extremely competitive prices. Applications of Calcined Bauxite: Refractory Grade Calcined Bauxite (CB - I and CB - II Grade) : To make refractory grade, Bauxite is thermally treated at 1600 oC to produce Calcined Bauxite where the Alumina content is mostly above 82%. Brown Fused Alumina, Proppants and Road Surfacing : To make the above grades, Bauxite is thermally treated at 1000 oC - 1200 oC to produce Calcined Bauxite where the Alumina content is anywhere between 80-88% depending on the requirement. Minimum Order Quantity : 1 Containers

The oxides go through carbothermal reduction in the furnaces that result in producing the Ferro-Manganese. Ferro-Manganese is used in the production of steel which acts as an excellent deoxidizer and desulfurizer. We supply the one variant of Ferro Manganese: High Carbon Ferro-Manganese.
We are supplier and exporter of Copper Slag. Copper slag is a low cost expendable abrasive suited for open blast cleaning and due to its low silica content it does not pose the health hazards created by silica sand. Its sharp, hard particles can provide a fast cleaning action and an excellent surface profile. It is available in various sizes Copper slag is abrasive blasting grit made of granulated slag from metal smelting processes (also called iron silicate). Copper slag abrasive is suitable for blast cleaning of steel and stone/concrete surfaces, removal of mill scale, rust, old paint, dirt etc. Suitable for SA-3, SA-2 and SA-2. Copper slag blasting media/grit is manufactured of the granulated slag of copper refineries, and used for blast-cleaning of metal surface. In different industries it is called different names abrasive powder, grit, copper slag grit, mineral grit, grinding grains, etc.
