FRP composite rebars are made from reinforcing elements and polymer matrix. As reinforcing elements used the continuous high-strength fibers ( fiberglass, basalt or carbon) which combined in rod by polymer binding. The outer surface of the rebar has a continuous rhombic relief.

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic grating is made by interlacing glass fibers and molded by resin casting. With its many rectangular and square spaces, it provides two-dimensional homogeneous mechanical characteristics. The typical size of the product is - 1220 x 3660 mm. However, it is available in different mesh sizes and thickness - Advantages - Easy to assemble - High Load-bearing capacity - Easy to install and maintain / repair - Durable in harshest environments - Suitable for ventilation and natural lighting
constructions.
Supplier: Fiberglass rebar, frp rebar, composite rebar, basalt rebar, composite fibers
FIELDS OF APPLICATION According to design solutions composite rebars ALB-REBAR shall be used in the following areas: Railway construction: Elements of railway sleepers for high-speed trains and underground railroads. Residential construction and civil engineering Construction foundations; Repair & reinforcement of bearing capacity in brick and reinforcement concrete structures. Highway construction: Reinforcement of roadbed Road, airfield & gray portlandcement slabs. Industrial engineering Reinforcement of concert tanks, storages of treatment facilities, sewage wellâ??s covers; Elements of chemical manufacturing facilities; Reinforcement of concrete floor; Water development facilities. Bridge building & reconstruction: Bridge deck slabs Bridge enclosures Footways Reinforcement of onshore facilities ADVANTAGES OF COMPOSITES Application of composite rebars ALB-REBAR increases constructionâ??s life time and time between repairs by means of: Excellent corrosion resistance in acid, alkali and other aggressive environment High tensile strength; 2 times higher compared to steel 1100-1300 MPa. Low weight; ¼ the weight of an equivalent size steel bar (savings on transportation). Durability No electrical conductivity Anti-magnetic Eco-friendliness and fire safet
Supplier: Frp rebar, composite mesh and bent frame elements.
Fiberglass rebar Pulwell manufactures composite r-bars by combining the pultrusion process and an in-line winding & coating process for the outside sand surface. The frp composite rebar is made from high strength glass fibers along with an extremely durable vinyl ester resin. The glass fibers impart strength to the rod while the vinyl ester resin imparts excellent corrosion resistance properties in harsh chemical and alkaline environments. For improved stiffness and mechanical properties a carbon/vinyl ester product is available. Frp rebar significantly improves the longevity of civil engineering structures where corrosion is a major factor. Package in bundles
Fiberglass reinforcement (GFRP) is made of linear strands of glass fibers, which are collected in the beam reinforced with periodic profile, impregnated with a thermosetting resin binder, then exposed to heat (polymerization) and cooled. It turns a solid rod of high strength three times the strength of steel by tensile test results, and less weight 9 times with equal diameters. Our GFPR rebar is made of epoxy resin and glass fiber direct roving (E-glass). We produce it in coils of 50m, 100m, 150m and 200m or in rods (from 0,5m and up to 12m).
