Reconditioning, mould closing and finishing
After the mould is carried out cnc processed finishing it will be completed through electric grinding fine arrangement, electric polishing, erosive design, computer lettering, shoe last coordination, and surface technology treatment.
Assembly and mould testing
The molding size of product is in accordance with design requirements, and each size realizes the coordination uniformly. The size of bottom mold , side ring mold and last of each mold is in conformity with customer requirements.
Quality mould regulation
The moulds are carried out strict inspection when leaving company, and they are in accordance with the requirements of receiving inspection.
