We use superior compression machines to compress husk chips into 5kg blocks, which are a manageable weight and easy to handle size (dimension).
The standard blocks are in 5 kg weight packs. The blocks are dried and compressed and need to be rehydrated prior to use. The blocks can be either coco chips fibre or peat, and can be washed, unwashed or buffered. It is even possible to order a mixture to meet your requirements.
Usage
Vegetable gardens, bedding plants, hydroponics, potted plants, golf course greens, new lawns, potting mixes, green houses, flower gardens, rose cultivation, re-planting, mushroom farming, bonsai mixes, garden beds and growing medium for earth worms.
Husk chips are used widely to line floors of green houses and in between plant beds to control weeds, for the growing of orchids, for creating mulch (a mixture of different coir products to control the porosity of the mixture) , creating grow bag blends, and compost potting soils. Husk chips are also used as reptile bedding.

Coco coir husk chips, an organic and natural mulch are made from coconut shells (husk) making them a highly sustainable alternative to other mulch options. The durable coconut fiber husk-chips can withstand inclement weather and break down at a more measured and even rate than other bark chips. High-quality coco coir chips absorb water and retain it, slowly releasing over time. Husks cut into chunks, the coco husk chips allow for better aeration and water flow to plants and are ideal for soilless plants like orchids and as landscaping mulch. Commonly mixed with coco coir growing medium to provide better aeration for plants.

It has high water absorption capacity thus water can be saved by reducing evaporation from the soil media. Moreover, the coconut coir pith & coco coir peat Round Discs gives a rehydrated yield of one litre of soil per disk. Coco discs consist of coarse coco material, which is made of the husk of the coconut. Cutting the husk creates an airy, easily manageable and powerful growing medium with good drainage properties. These discs are compressed for transport and expand to their original size after water is added.
The offered coco peat is washed, dried and compressed into 5 kg blocks. It serves as the ideal peat moss alternative in horticulture supplies. Washing controls the electrical conductivity of the block which is important for root and plant growth. We are coco peat block manufacturers offering blocks that can withstand high compaction. As an ideal soil conditioner and a growing medium, coco peat blocks once hydrated will expand to 15 litres per kg. Coco peat 5 kg blocks are 100% soilless growing medium. It can be used for soil conditioning as well as a mulching agent. Features Ability to withstand high compaction force Eco-friendly and user-friendly 100% soil less growing medium
