A. Die characteristics: the fin die includes upper & lower die plates; draw & form station; pierce extrude sub-die, louver sub-die; edge trim station; longitudinal cut sub-die; mechanical feeder station; cut-off station; the fin die and sub-dies are provided with guidepost, guide sleeve, and ball retainer.
The pierce extrude sub-die and louver sub-die have the ball support bushings to lengthen the service life of the piercing and louver puncher. The drawing and forming punch, dowel pin and piercing die are all made of assab tool steel, with machining, heat treatment, shaping grinding and polishing.
Upper & lower piercing punch & die are made of japanese material with machining, heat treatment. Upper and lower side slitters, upper and lower slitter, cut-off blades are made of assab88 with milling, heat treatment and grinding.
The die plate is made of p20 pre-hardness steel and sub die are made of crwmn high carbon steel with cnc processing, homogenizing, grinding and assembly.
B. Free charges of spare parts for die: it will be subject to the rows of die. Generally we supply half rows of vertical cutter and one set horizontal cutter, as well as the spring. When the spare parts are broken, you have to pay the money to purchase separately.C. Die life during the normal use and period maintenance ( 8 hours use one day), main die life time is not less than 100000000 times. Of course, not including the spare parts easy broken, just like puncher, spring etc, you have to purchase when they are damaged.
