The RBBF Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow Meter is a fixed-mount, low cost transit-time ultrasonic flow meter with clamp-on transducers for non-invasive liquid flow rate measurement. Our microprocessor-based, user friendly field programmable creates no interruption of the process flow and has low installation costs. This versatile series of flow meters is available in a variety of configurations. Available transducer types include clamp-on, in-line, and insertion. Wall-mount, panel-mount, pipe-mounted and compact din-rail mounted display types are also offered. Additional available features include pulse, 0-20mA & 4-20mA outputs, RS-232 communication, user-selectable engineering units, and a data logger function.

Pipe type ultrasonic flowmeter is composed of a main body and a pipe segment type sensor. The DN15-DN32 uses a -type pipe segment sensor, and the DN40 and above uses a standard pipe segment sensor. The pipe-type ultrasonic flowmeter has the advantages of simple installation, low starting flow, high measurement accuracy, and no pressure loss. The main unit can be installed in the wall, instrument box, and distribution box with a protection level of IP67. The external clip sensor is installed on the surface of the pipe and selects different sensors. The applicable diameter is DN15~DN6000.
