Flowchart:
The crushed and weighed quicklime from the constant weight feeder enters the three-stage lime hydrator where water is mixed with the quicklime in the required proportions to achieve complete hydration. 1. Three stage reaction with water distribution
The hierarchical & scientific distribution of water can make the calcium oxide to be fully pre-hydrated.
