Description: H-5803C is a plus by a special acrylic polymer emulsion with functional additives varnish, It has strong adhesion for the paper after it was hot of the Ultrasonic heating. This varnish has excellent gloss, good gloss and color retention, dry fast, good printability. The wet-wet and wet-dry printing has good wetting leveling, strong anti-alcohol ,printing machine is easy to clean. Dedicated to the noodles package(such as Master), which need ultrasonic to glue Automatic .This varnish is used off-line coating, can also be used for inline coating.

Notes:
1, It based on conditions of use plus appropriate diluent (water) or alcohol and water (1-5:1) mixture dilution. In order to achieve gloss and abrasion resistance requirements of the situation according to the paper, roll coated with light plus 5 to about 15% thinner, with inline coating liquid, the use of high viscosity coating process should be adjusted to increase the amount of diluent the appropriate viscosity.
2, Varnish on paper should meet the principle, if excessive dilution will affect gloss, abrasion resistance and leveling; the contrary will result in dilution of inadequate leveling varnish is not good, the drying rate is too slow .
3, depending on fuel quality and gloss paper requirements, are generally on-line coating of :2-5 g / m, offline coating 3-7g / m.
4, drying method: to use infrared drying, hot air or heat pipe heating and drying. Drying equipment operation during the first table shows the temperature not lower than 70 .
5, Take 12 hours after polishing of the varnish in order to achieve optimal performance.
6,It can use water to clean equipment, the dry varnish can used Isopropyl alcohol or alcohol to clean.
7, the product of alkali-soluble varnish, when veneer to the cartons (laminating), try to choose a neutral or weakly alkaline (PH 10) adhesives, when used starch caustic soda glue (yellow glue) fluid, Please be strictly controlled to avoid excess glue with a glue penetrate varnished surface caused by dissolution of the coating adhesive.
