Product Description:
High Range Water-Reducing Admixture
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde, Poly Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate,Concrete Admixture
Uses:
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde produces concrete with extremely workable characteristics referred to as high slump. PNS also allows concrete to be produced with very low water/cement ratios at low or normal slumps.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde is ideal for use in prestress, precast, bridge deck or any concrete where it is desired to keep the water/cement ratio to a minimum and still achieve the degree of workability necessary to provide easy placement and consolidation
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Specification:
Solid Content :96.42%
PH value :8.3
Chlorides Content :0.25%
Sodium Sulfate Content :4.4%
Addition Rates:
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde can be added directly or added in after melt. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing. The afterward approach can achieve better result. The suggested addition rate is 0.75%.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Direction
Prepare solutions as required.
Direct use of powdery agent is allowed. Alternatively the addition of the agent is followed by water moisturization (water-cement ratio: 60%).
The agent can be combined with other externally applied agents if pilot development or laboratory experiment succeeds.
Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde Package, Storage & Handling.
For powder: Woven fabric bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 25kg +/- 0.1 kg.

Sodium Naphthalene Sulphonate Formaldehyde is widely applicable for cements builing, especially for the following: fluid cement, plasticized cement, steamed cement, water-tight cement, water-proof cement, prefabricated cement, prestressed reinforced cement and high strength cement. But the adaptability to different kind of cement is different.
Supplier: Lignosulphonate, sodium naphthalene sulphonate formaldehyde and sodium gluconate
Sodium lignosulphonate ( lignosulfonate ) water reducer are mainly for concrete mixture as water-reducing additive. Low dosage , low air content , water reducing rate is high , adapt to most kind of cement. Can confected as concrete early-age strength enhancer , concrete retarder , antifreeze , pumping aids etc. Nearly no precipitate product in the liquor additive which is made from the sodium lignosulphonate and naphthalin-group high-efficiency water reducer .The sodium lignosulphonate is fit for apply to building project, dam project, thruway project etc.
1.It can be used as food additives. 2.It can be used as water quality stabilizer because it has excellent inhibiting capacity to scale. 3.It can beused as surface cleaning agent of metal 4.It can beused as cleaning agent of glass bottle 5.It also can be used as water reducing agent and retarder in the building & construction industry.

Sodium sulphonate formaldehyde,is chemically synthesized non-air-entraining superplasticizer.Widely used in roads, bridges, dams, ports and docks, tunnels, electricity, water conservancy and civil engineering projects, steaming nd natural preserving components. 1. When the strength and slump are basically the same, the amount of cement can be reduced by 10%-25%. 2. When the water-cement ratio is constant, the initial slump of concrete can be increased by more than 10cm,and the water reduction rate can reach 15%-25%. 3. It has significant early strength and enhancement effect on cockroaches, and its intensity increase range is 20%-60%. 4. It can improve the workability of concrete and improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete. 5. It has good adaptability to various types of cement and good compatibility with other types of concrete admixtures. 6. Others:In the leather, textile and dye industries,it can also be used as a dispersant. 7. Especially suitable for:fluid concrete, plasticized concrete, steam curing concrete, impervious concrete, waterproof concrete, etc.
