Kingphos is a phytase product, contains mioinositolhexaphosphate phosphohydrolase (EC3.1.3.8) with activity of 5000U/g, which produced by submerged fermentation and particular downstream processing technology.
Definition of U: One unit (U) is defined as enzyme needed to liberate1¦Ìmol inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L sodium phytate in condition of pH 5.5 and 37¡æ. Analysis method details is available upon request.
Kingphos is available in powder, granular and liquid form.
Thermo-Stability: for optimum effects, feed conditioning and pelleting temperature is suggested to be no more than 85¡æ. If more than 85¡æ, kingphos thermostable or liquid Kingphos is recommended in application.
Product function
1. Hydrolyze phytate to release available phosphorus in plant feed ingredients.
2. Reduce inclusion of inorganic phosphate such as dicalcium phosphate(DCP) or monocalcium phosphate(MCP), save formula space, decrease feed cost. Minimize risk of fluorin from DCP or MCP.
3. Nutrients combined by phytate such as minerals and proteins could be released and be digested better.
4. Fecal phosphorus could be reduced by more than 20% which is greatly beneficial to environment.
