Automatic Sheet Cardboard Laminating Machine (YHZB-1100A)

YHZB-1100A Automatic Sheet Cardboard Laminating Machine, using new type Feida vacuum paper guide to face paper and body paper separately, and adopting overlap paper feed way, so paper feed process are more steady and precise. Pasting to the body paper is based on different surface paper requirement, so we can adjust thickness of the pasting. Equipping with remote control pasting ajustment system, even if the machine is running, the pasting will still keep thinner and evener, therefore, it achieves effects of increasing work efficiency and saving glue water. Couple high strength grip paper compound roller to locate, paste, first press the face and the body paper, then the two paper will be pressed four times by strong pressing in roller to delivery stacker, at last the products will be piled in three sided even way, and height of the piled papers can reach 1650mm. This machine adopts Siemens PLC programmable controller, multipole pressure, automatic control hydraulic station. The finished product is not only precise in laminating, but also very firm and even. Meanwhile, they will directly enter into next process such as die cutting without glue drying. Automatic production and high efficiency greatly reduce output cost, can help company create considerable benefit.

SG-3000 vacuum EVA glass laminating / laminated machine is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert the silk, metal mesh, fibre or other films into normal glass sheets in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass.

SG-3000 is designed by means having solved many problems and difficult basis on decade experience, such as: Polluted glass by excessive adhesive, asymmetrical heating, low production but high energy consume etc. It is equipped with multilayer vacuum beds, and each bed is able to load double units so that the production capacity is double times than normal oven. Cold / Plain lamination: This is very commonly used Machine, where the gum tray is present to hold the bonding agent (gum) dissolved into a liquid (water or a solvent or a solution), is applied to one of the webs. The adhesive coated web is laminated to the other under strong pressure which improves the bond strength of the laminate. It is commonly used to produce a Duplex sheets / paper-aluminum foil laminate that are widely used in flexible packaging.
