Features :
1. This machine adopts gear first stage driving system, with ideal drive ratio and enormous driving force, its transmission us stable with low noise, operate simply, no blocking is happened to the machine easily.
2. The maximize design if pinch roller can lower the requirement to moisture content of materials in particle molding.
3. The motor and gear cases are installed at the heavy pedestal, pin coupling is used to realize direct connecting, which can exempt from foundation installation and easy to repair and maintain.
4. The machine is equipped with patented water circulation; the cooling system can be used to control the temperature rising of each part efficiently, to guarantee the continuous, stable, reliable running of the machines.
5. The machine adopts advanced variable frequency motor to feed, which equipped with overload intelligent protection.

The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T.P.D. to 80T.P.D.

Typical Features

First stage is GL series co-rotating twin-screw mixer,using twin-screw high speed, high shear and strong hybrid advantage,makes material fully plasticized and mixed.
Second stage is SJ series single screw extruder. The characteristics of low speed and deep groove provide low shear processing environment, and coupled with barrel cooling, prevent the plasticised material from overheating decomposition phenomenon during high-pressure extrusion.
