The multifunctional surfactant we produced is the new acetylenic diol series non-inonic surfactant. Because of unique molecule structure, it has general proformance of wetting, defoaming, dispersion and water resistance. The performance including low static surface tension, low dynamic surface tension because of excellent dynamic migration, they have not sparkling, and inhibit air entrainment as well which make it has defoaming ability. They can reduce the size of pigment particles and prevent them to gather again. They has the ability to wet the not clean enough base.
