VLB,VLBL series explosion-proof vibrating motor is a vibrating motor of slender structure. The distance between points of action of exciting force(distance between foundation holes)is very wide. It is especially applicable to the occasion when exciting force is to be transmitted at wide distance. When such motor is installed on a vibrating machinery, the machinery will run smoother and members are more evenly stressed, so that service life of a vibrating machinery is effictively extended. It is widely used as vibration source for vibrating equipments of vibrating material feeding, vibrating transportation, vibrating screen etc. It may be used solely or used in combination. In addition different installation mode may satisfy different production needs. Its exposion-proof performance meet the provisions in GB3836.2-2000 Explosion proof electrical equipments for exporsion environment. Exporsion marking is ExdllBT4. It is applicable in the facility with Class A, Grade B, T4 Group, T4 exporsive mixture of inflammable gas or steam and atmosphere. It is widely used in the industries of mine, metallurgy, chemistry, electric power, construction, oil field and ect.
