If customer wants to run different cross sections on the same machine, we have designed a cassette type roll forming machine. This cassette type of roll forming machine has divided roller stands into 3 sections, and each set of roller stands are bolted on a steel plate. For roller change, you are simply lift each steel plate which holds several roller stands. Then move and change another cassette of rollers to the machine, there are dowel pins to confirm the mounting positions. Change will be easy and fast.
