Fabric
By drawing on age-old techniques, traditional designs and combining with modern aesthetics and desires, manavi creates a product that is unique. Attention to detail and excellence in workmanship are the platform from which we develop our ranges. Manavi work exclusively with our clients to create textiles that fulfill their design briefs and commercial requirements.
Weave
All fabrics in our hand-loom ranges are created by artisans of the highest skill, and all processes, dyeing, threading, weaving, are over-seen and maintained within an exclusive craft village. Stringent directives are in place to ensure exclusivity and proficiency. The capabilities of these master weavers include jacquard, ikat, crochet, pile weaves, jamdani and extra warp and weft. We predominately weave with silk, cotton, linen, wool, though we also experiment and incorporate chains, beads, laces and leather.
