The plant runs with low energy consumption, processing every ton of used oil, and the energy consumption required for heating is only about 200,000 kcal. Modular design, the on-site installation and commissioning cycle is greatly shortened. In order to meet the needs of different asphalt processing, complete set of equipment can be equipped with stabilizer adding device and auxiliary agent adding device. After the stabilizer is metered, the pump is directly added to the swelling tank. After grinding and reaction, the SBS particles and the asphalt can be combined tightly together, they can prevent segregation for a long period of time. The additives are added to the incubation tank after being metered when needed, which can effectively improve the performance indexes of the modified asphalt.
