Sandblasting Grade
Blasting grade Garnet from Global Exim Corpn., can be used for Blast Cleaning of ships, oil rigs, oil pipes, oil storage vessels, Water tanks, boilers, railcars & wagons, pipes etc. with highest efficiency and low dust levels. Our Garnet is extremely hard and can be reused upto 5 times or more.

Waterjet Cutting Grade
Waterjet Cutting grade of Garnet is found to be effective in cutting stainless steel, titanium, alloys, granites glasses etc. with high accuracy to any geometrical shape. Our Garnet is of Indian origin, which is harder and heavier, hence it cuts faster. We are specialised in this grade of Garnet.
Mesh Sizes available are 80 and 120.
How these garnets are processed & graded:
The raw materials are pre-concentrated using the magnetic separator. To make contamination free garnets, the concentrated materials are washed in the main unit and then they are dried using the fuel operated rotary dryer. The dried material is processed with high power magnetic separators to attain 97% - 99% pure garnet. Garnet is screened accurately according to the customer's need to produce consistent top quality garnet with hi-tech screening machines.
Packing available are:-
1) 25 or 50 kg Polypropylene bags with inner liner.
2) 25 or 50 kg Multi-ply Paper bags with inner liner.
3) 1 ton or 2 ton Jumbo bags with inner liner.
4) 1 ton or 2 ton wooden pallets with plastic Shrink-wrap or Stretch wrap.
5) 1 ton or 2 ton High sided wooden pallets
