The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T.P.D. to 80T.P.D.

PVC  plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing the plastic PVC pipes with various pipe diameters and wall thickness , the plastic pipes are used for the water supply and drainage of agriculture , the plumbing and drainage of construction , cable laying etc . The lines consists of the conical twin-screw extruder , pipe die head ,vacuum calibrating tank , haul-off unit , cutter , stack unit etc . the speed controller of extruder and haul-off unit is foreign DC Speed Regulator or AC inverter , the vacuum pump and the motor adopt the famous brand at home and abroad . The haul-off unit has two caterpillars , three caterpillars , four caterpillars , five caterpillars , six caterpillars , eight two caterpillars and so on . The cutter may be the saw blade cutting or the planet cutting . it is additionally equipped with automatically measuring meter . The advantage of the lines is the reliable performance and high production efficiency.

According to the requirement of the clients , our company can equip some components , then the line can produce the special installation for the manufacture of the ( U & PVC ) silencing drain pipe with Hollow Wall Inner Spiral-ribbing and the PVC-U pipes with foaming core.

It is mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC pipes for agriculture and constructional plumbing, electrical conduit etc.

Extruder: It has high speed high efficiency screw, hard gear surface, FUJI invertor. This structure assures the material evenly heating, good plasticization and the extruding speed and efficiency.
Corrugator: Close structure. Mold blocks through the gear transmission. Mold plate has water flowing to get cooling efficiency. The pipe cooling type is wind. This structure ensures high speed production and cooling. It can produce inner and outer layer smooth and corrugation uniformity pipe one time matching the corresponding molds.
Mold block: The design of structure is reasonable, wind cooling and replacement of the module is convenient and reliable.
Winding machine: Torque motor, single/double station winder.

1. Model SJZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of special equipment

Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system.

4. The conical twin screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller;

extruding property can be highly harmonized.

It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screw with variable pitch and depth,

5. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported,

and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure
