Bimanual system
These bimanual irrigation and aspiration system serve the double purpose of hydrating the lens matter & also holding the lens in central position so as to ensure complete aspiration of the lens matter. It helps bimanual removal of sub-incisional lens cortex after extra capsular surgery.
