4-shed single layer Polyester forming fabric is standard type of polyester forming fabric in paper making, mainly used for producing cultural paper printing paper, packing paper and so on. 5-shed single layer Polyester forming fabric is suitable for making healthy, culture and packing papers etc. 8-shed single layer Polyester forming fabric is the most wear-resisting one in the single layer screen, which have long performance life, but mesh print is relatively deep. It is mainly used for copying the papermaking bag, craft paper, cardboard, corrugated paper and so on. 7 shed,8-shed double layer Polyester forming fabric is suitable for quality printing paper, tissue paper and the surface pulp and inner pulp of the board paper etc. 8-shed, 16-shed double and a half layer Polyester forming fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper, tissue paper and surface pulp, inner pulp and base pulp of the board paper etc. Multi-shed three-layer Polyester forming fabrics suitable for making quality printing paper, tissue paper and cigarette paper etc. SSB forming fabrics has very good air permeability, good drainage, flat surface and so on.

Composite fabrics are engineered by combining two or more different materials to form a multi-layer structure using special bonding or mechanical methods. This design leverages the strengths of each material while compensating for their individual weaknesses, resulting in enhanced overall performance. Types of Composite Fabrics Coated Composite Fabrics: Produced by coating a base fabric with materials like polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride, offering waterproofing, windproofing, and breathability. Laminated Composite Fabrics: Bonded layers using adhesives or heat-press techniques, common in outdoor clothing and sportswear. Sandwich Composite Fabrics: Feature an additional functional layer, such as insulation, between two fabric layers, ideal for warm clothing. Knitted Composite Fabrics: Knitted with different yarns, providing unique elasticity and comfort. Key Characteristics Multi-functionality: Combines benefits like waterproofing, breathability, warmth, and durability. Comfort: Improves the feel and wearability. Durability: Enhances tear and abrasion resistance. Aesthetic Appeal: Offers varied design effects. Applications Clothing: Outdoor wear, sportswear, casual wear, and functional underwear. Home Textiles: Bedding, curtains, and sofa fabrics. Industrial: Filter materials, protective clothing, tents, and sunshades. Medical: Protective clothing, surgical gowns, and medical bed sheets. Composite fabrics provide versatile, high-performance solutions across various sectors due to their enhanced functionality and durability.

About Meltblown Nonwove Melt blown is a one step process to make fabrics from polymer. The thermoplastics chips are fed through main dosing units & these chips are melted by means of the extruder. This extruder then extrudes the melt, which is then filtered & metered at a constant rate. This filament comes out from a single raw of spinneret orifice. It has a self bonding property but for coagulation & for better random laying hot air flow is provided. The web generated is immediately passes among the Spunbond webs followed by pre-bonding rolls & finally through calendar for thermal bonding. The main purpose of melt blown fabric is to provide barrier property for the liquid. Sometimes the treatment like antistatic or hydrophilic are given to the fabrics & after drying the fabrics are wound in the winder as a roll form. Unique characteristics such as water repellence or permeability or UV stability can be obtained by incorporating additives to the raw materials or applying different agents to the fabric. Characteristics of Meltblown fabrics are: The main desired characteristics expected for melt blown nonwoven fabrics are: Adjustable Pores And Capillary Structure Excellent barrier properties Filament size 1 -3 µm High Elasticity High Filtration capability Isotropic formation- this means that the fibers are randomly distributed in the machine direction (MD) and cross-machine direction (CD). Large Area-to-weight ratio Self-bonding The weight of the melt-blown fabrics in gram per square meter (GSM) should range from 4 g/m2 to over 1000 g/m2. Very good thermal insulation for apparel application Weak tensile properties Wicking Properties Application of spun-bond nonwoven fabrics: Sanitary and Hygiene: Sanitary napkins, Baby diapers and Incontinence diapers Medical and Surgical: Gowns, Face masks, Caps, Drapes, etc Other Miscellaneous Applications: Filtration Material, Agriculture, Oilsorbents Hot-melt adhesives Headliners, etc
