Series Jaw Crushers are the most preferred types of crushers due to their strong design, ability to crush materials of any hardness, low operating costs and easy maintenance. Depending on the location of the facility, they can be manufactured as mobile, fixed steel legs, fixed concrete legs, and fixed skid chassis.
Crushing of Jaw crushers is provided by applying a high amount of pressure to the material fed. This mechanical pressure is provided by the elliptical movement of the movable jaw and the narrowing angle between the fixed jaw. The fed material is gripped by this elliptical movement and compressed between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw. The high flywheel speed, the optimal jaw gripping angle and the specially designed geometry between the pitman and the back block ensure that this mechanical pressure is applied to the maximum level in a controlled manner. Therefore, Series Jaw Crushers have the strongest breaking circle that offers superior success in all working conditions.

Our Jaw Crushers can crush 50 tons to 800 tons of stones depending on the inlet openings. We can offer the most suitable breaker model according to customer needs and requests.

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
