Spiral Tubing is a resin infusion standard and is ideally suited for in-bag vacuum line extenders or resin feed lines. This tubing is often used in vacuum infusion to allow vacuum pressure to be easily dispersed around a part. To ensure resin flow is not impeded, we recommend wrapping tubing in nylon or polyester peel ply.
Flexible vacuum infusion translucent plastic spiral tube for resin distribution of all types of thermosetting resins and for vacuum bagging processes.
Resin infusion hose -- It is made of PE and used to provide a very free lowing channel through which the resin is distributed near the point where the resin is first fed into the composite.
Spiral hose -- Resin flows freely through the center of the spiral tube, but just as easily out of the spirals in the side, allowing resin to be supplied all the way along an edge of the composite.
