Medium Density Fibreboard Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an Engineered wood, manufactured with hardwood fibres, bonded together under high pressures and temperature up to 240 degrees Celsius, by synthetic resin and wax.

The Characteristics of MDF : Brown color, typically made up of 82% wood fibre, 9% urea-formaldehyde resin glue, 8% water, and 1 % paraffin wax. MDF is smooth on both sides, poor moisture resistance, suitable for interior and wood panel product.

MDF Moisture Resistance is an ideal substrate for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and any other areas where moisture and high humidity is present. Its main characteristic produced from melamine resin system is an increased in dimensional stability or lower thickness swelling where there is the risk of occasional wetting or prolonged exposure to high levels of humidity. There is an option of having green dye added on to the board. This is upon request by customer.
