Double switching table horizontal machining center HMC-63 double exchange table horizontal machining center is mainly suitable for parts processing in construction machinery, automobile, energy, information, mold and other industries. Workpiece once clamping can complete multi-sided milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes processing, effectively improve efficiency and save costs, while reducing the cumulative error caused by the workpiece multiple clamping, improve processing accuracy. The machine adopts a positive T-shaped structure, the column moves around (X axis), the headstock moves up and down (Y axis) and the table moves back and forth (Z axis), and is equipped with a double exchange rotary table and a large disc servo tool library. Product characteristics PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS The all-in-one molding bed is made of T-box structure, high-quality resin sand molding and high strength cast iron material, and is heat-treated to eliminate internal stress. Through finite element analysis, the layout of reinforcement is optimized to fully meet the needs of high torque cutting. The double-wall structure design of the column, the internal multi-point radial reinforcement arrangement, the bottom of the large span section arrangement, light weight, good rigidity, good dynamic performance. Through the finite element analysis of structural statics and dynamics, the reasonable structural design and the combination of reinforcing bars ensure the high rigidity of the box and the machining rigidity of the spindle parts. The machine tool is equipped with a rotary exchange double workbench, which reduces the time of the machine tool standby clamping workpiece and greatly improves the processing efficiency. The mechanical CAM rotary exchange mechanism makes the workpiece exchange more stable and rapid. High precision CAM turntable adopts high precision taper positioning pin and oil pressure force doubling locking mechanism to ensure the clamping of the table and ensure the smooth and no vibration of the table during cutting.
