Description of this parking project

1. This full automatic plane moving parking system adopts wheels clamped mode;

2. It is designed with 1 set of mechanical parking system, 1 entrance and 1 lifter;

3. The parking project designed with 1 sliding trolley, 1 carrying cart;

4. Control: Central control room with PLC auto control system;

5. Mode of operation: ID card auto mode / Screen touching auto mode/ Button manual mode;

6. Supervision monitoring system: Closed monitoring system, (Control all parking system in the central control monitoring room); LED guiding monitor can show all orders and signals, such as over length, over width, over height, car position, operation moving process;

7. All car will be at ground level parking or retrieving by full automatically moving;

Work Principle
This system is designed with 4 layers and multi-columns layout. Each layer is designed with a spare space as an exchanging space. All spaces can be auto-lifting freely except the spaces in the first layer and all the spaces can be auto-transverse moving except the spaces in the top layer. When a space needs to park or release a car, all spaces under the space will make a one space transverse moving to the empty space and forms a lifting channel under this space. In this case, the space will go up and down freely. When it reaches the ground, the car will go out and in freely.

Work Principle


This system is designed with 3 layers and multi-columns layout. Each layer is designed with a spare space as an exchanging space. Descriptions
DRP12 is the Rotary Parking System for 12 Cars or SUVs; it mainly consists of steel structure, load carrier, drive system, control system, safety and detection system.
It is the designed system that an automobile is put in the cage, the cage rotates up and down as well as right and left and then the automobile is parked.
This Automatic Parking System is designed to permit up to a maximum of 12 cars or 12 SUV's to be parked easily and safely, on the surface area required to park 2 cars. It is simple to operate with the driver parking and leaving the vehicle in the system at ground level.
Once the driver leaves the incorporated safety zone the vehicle is automatically parked by the system rotating to lift the parked car away from the bottom central position. This leaves an empty parking space available at ground level, for the next car to be parked on.

Work Principle
This system is our new designed model of parking system adopting COMB PALLETS with own power devices; designed SLIDING COMB TURNTABLE PALLET for exchange at ground level, it can take the car at any columns sliding into the entrance; Driven by large hydraulic large transmission ratio;

Parking:
Drive the car direct into entrance, the arm-bending barrier opens, drive the car into the sliding comb turntable pallet, lock the car and out of the car; Card reading or operate by manual with button space number, the sliding comb turntable pallet with the car will slide to the lifting channel; The comb lifter pallet will work and goes up to exchange the car with sliding comb turntable pallet; The comb lifter pallet lifts the car to the upper position of the parking space; The ground sliding comb turntable pallet will slide back to the parking channel position at this time; When the comb lifter pallet with the car lifts to the upper position, the comb parking pallet of the parking space slides out into the lifting channel to exchange the car with the upper comb lifter pallet; The comb lifter pallet falls down and finish the exchange with the comb parking pallet; The comb lifter pallet fall directly to the ground position and the comb parking pallet slides into the space to finish parking action;

Structures
This new designed parking system is composed of main parking structure, comb sliding turntable pallet sliding and turning system, comb lifter pallet lifting system, comb parking pallet sliding system, hydraulic pump station system, counter weight system, monitoring system, control system, etc;

Characteristics
1. The system is Dayang patent, it is the updated product of high levels puzzle parking system; it is more flexible with high usage of parking area than vertical tower parking system; it is a replacement new product of the vertical tower parking system; It is driven by hydraulic large transmission ratio. It realizes multi-columns sliding for comb exchange at ground level with pit design; This system can be designed max 35 levels based on clients requirements;

This tower parking system has 2 modes of drive: Hydraulic drive and Traction drive; Mode of operation: Manual or IC Card reading; Traction drive speed can reach 120m/min, and hydraulic drive can reach 60m/min; This system is Dayang patent invention, it is the updated system of high levels hydraulic puzzle parking system (PSH Tower); It is more flexible and higher usage of land space, also the replacement type of vertical lifting parking system; This system max can do 35 levels; the parking levels and spaces can follow customer requirements.

Max 35 levels tower parking system can reach over 70m height. 3 ground space can realize 70 cars parking.
