Capacitive touch display consist of a display and a touchpad. Controls are usually already integrated. Some people refer to the capacitive touch screen panel as a touch pad. In any case, it involves the possibility of making inputs in a larger area in order to read outputs or display the keyboard and inputs or outputs at the same time.
How does a capacitive touch display work?
Capacitive touch display consist of a thin layer of conductive material, such as copper or indium tin oxide (ITO), printed on the underside of the insulating outer layer of the display. When a finger touches the screen, a small charge is attracted to the point of contact, effectively turning it into a functional capacitor. The resulting change in the electrostatic field is then measured to pinpoint where the contact occurs.

The 7 inchh HDMI & USB Touch Display (Model No. T070GBP002) is composed of a TFT LCD Display and a PCAP Capacitive Touch Panel and a HDMI USB PCB, which supports 5V power consumption. The model is compatible with different kinds of O.S., such as Raspbian, Windows, Android, Lunux, Arch Linux etc. The color TFT LCD display is with 1024 600 resolution and standard 50pin LVDS interface, which support sunlight-readable, IPS technology, full viewing, optical bonding/tape bonding. The touch panel is of a G+G structure capacitive touch panel, which is composed of a cover glass, sensor glass, driver IC and FPC. It is driven by a GOODIX IC Chip GT911, which utilizes an I2C interface and supports 5 points of touch.
