The tower clamps consist of a stainless steel band and a rubber part. The stainless steel band is used to fix the rubber clip on the pole. At the same time, the rubber part fixes the optical fiber. This way, the fiber does not shake and at the same time reduces damage caused by friction.

The lead wire clamps for towers have a different structure than the lead wire clamps for poles. The clamps consist of steel brackets, bolts and nuts, and rubber parts. The bolt secures the lead clip to the tower.

OEM ADSS Tension Clamp

Pre-twisted tension clamps are also known as pre-twisted dead-end or dead-end cable clamps for communication ADSS fiber, OPGW cable or OPPC.

Pre-twisted dead end is a tension clamp that plays an important role in ADSS/OPGW transmission lines. Dead-end fiber optic cable clamps are used to connect ADSS/OPGW/OPPC to overhead towers or poles.

The unique design of the pre-fabricated tension clamps not only simplifies installation, but also ensures a secure cable connection. Custom ADSS Tension Clamp

ADSS Tension Clamps are used to connect ADSS cables to poles/towers. Armored rods provide protection and cushioning for the ADSS cables. The special design of the prefabricated rods ensures that the tension clamps do not overstress the ADSS cables, thus ensuring a normal service life of the cable system.The ADSS tension clamps are made of aluminium-clad or galvanized steel wire.

Structure and raw materials

Unshackle - hot-dip galvanized steel. The shackle is connected to the reinforcing bar unit.

Twisted chain ring - hot dipped galvanized steel. Twisted links are used to connect the shackle to the thimble.

Sleeve - hot dip galvanized cast steel. The sleeve is inserted into the unclamp of the tension clamp to provide protection and connection.

Armored rod ----- Aluminum clad steel wire. Armored rods increase friction through a layer of granular emery inside the cable. The rods are shop assembled into four subsets to minimize misalignment errors and speed installation. The ends are bent outward to provide strain relief in critical cable departure areas.

Prefabricated Dead Ends - Prefabricated dead ends are made from hot-dip galvanized steel wire or aluminum-clad steel wire and are assembled in the shop into a subset with a solid layer of emery to increase the grip of the tensioning clamps while reducing lateral pressure.

1. Used for connecting connecting poles (towers) to terminal poles (towers), tension poles, or poles (towers) with line clamping angles of 25�° or more.
