Products Description Adipic acid is an important organic dibasic acid with the structural formula HOOC(CH2)4COOH. It can undergo salt-forming reaction, esterification reaction, amidation reaction, etc., and can be polycondensed with diamine or diol to form high molecular polymer. Adipic acid is an industrially important dicarboxylic acid. It plays an important role in chemical production, organic synthesis industry, medicine, and lubricant manufacturing. Its output ranks second among all dicarboxylic acids. Application 1. Adipic acid is mainly used in the production of nylon fibers and engineering plastics. 2. It is also widely used in the production of polyurethane and other esters, most of which are used in the production of PU, shoe sole slurry, polyurethane foam, etc., and a small part is used as advanced lubricating oil. 3. Higher esters of adipic acid can be used as plasticizers for polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers, and natural synthetic rubber. 4. A large amount of adipate is used in polyvinyl chloride for food packaging, film and insulation. 5. Adipic acid is also used as an acidulant for various foods and beverages.
Adipic acid is a synthetic fiber, nylon 66, nylon engineering plastics, polyurethane foam, synthetic leather (PU), the main raw material of synthetic rubber and film, also can be used in medicine, pesticides, spices, such as the production of adhesives and soldering flux.
