separation of heavy metal cations. It can also be used for isolating and purification of biochemical and
pharmaceutical substances. BC85 has high operating capacity for divalent cations and extremely high regeneration efficiency. This resin is
supplied in the hydrogen (H) form or in the sodium (Na) form for special applications. BC85 series contents

BD001 is a premium grade, macroprous strong acid cation exchange resin, supplied in the sodium (Na) or hydrogen (H) form. It is a copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene with sulfonic acid exchange group. The unique structure allows for high operating capacity and excellent chemical and physical stability. Its matrix promotes better kinetics and better diffusion rates into and out of the bead. It is mainly used in production of pure water, ultra-pure water and condensate polishing. It can also be used in waste water treatment and recovery of heavy metals. The series of BD001 contains four products: BD001 for general use; BD001 FC for the system of double compartment bed or floating bed; BD001 SC for dual bed; BD001MB for mixed bed, especially condensate water with high flow rate in mixed bed

Due to the special surface area, pore size, it is used as catalysts in synthetic industry of Bisphenol-A synthesis etc.
BC118 is a bead form polystyrene sulphonate cation exchange resin. It has good mechanical stability and gives optimum performance in polar media. The product is supplied in hydrogen forms. BC118 is used in water softening, dealkalization, deionization, synthetic industry as catalyst and removal Aluminium from corrosion bath, removal Iron in solution etc.
DATA SHEET FOR EPOXY EPOXY COATING :- INTRODUCTION - EPOXY COATING (HYB) is a two part high solids solvent free epoxy phenolic resin based coating system designed for hard wearing, smooth surface finish for floors, walls and on steel structures. Nonskid surface finish can be achieved on floor, if required. FEATURES: 1) Hard Wearing 2) Non Dusting 3) Excellent Surface Finish 4) Non Smelling 5) Good Aesthetics 6) Highly Chemical Resistant APPLICATION: 1.Stir well before mixing Part A and Part B and mix in the prescribed ratio. 2.Apply one coat of EPOXY primer on the clean and dry surface. 3.EPOXY COATING (HYB) should be applied on the surface by brush or roller within 24 hrs. After application of primer coat it should be allowed to air dry for min. 4 hrs. Preferable in a dust free atmosphere. 4.Apply min. 2 coats with the intercoat interval of 6-8 hrs. It is most important therefore, that the substrate surfaces are correctly prepared prior to application. 1.Before application of the Epoxy coating (HYB) surface should be free from loose partials, rust, oils, grease or earlier coatings and should be totally dry. 2.New concrete or cementations surface should be placed at least 28 days and have a moisture content of less than 5% before application of Epoxy coating (HYB) 3.After surface is dry, all repair work like sealing of joints, cracks filling of cavities and crevices should be carried out. HEALTH & SAFETY - Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. Avoid contact with skin & eyes. It comes in contact with the body, wash affected parts with plenty of water and contact a doctor.
