Description

OF-710 is a polymeric alkyl phenol disulfide, contains unique sulfur donors in the molecular structure, can vulcanize rubber in heated state, typically used as nitrosamine-free environment-friendly sulfur donating body in the rubber compound formulations, can give excellent mechanical properties, heat aging resistance, excellent dynamic fatigue properties and good operational safety performance.� 
Application

OF-710 contains unique sulfur donors, can vulcanize rubber in heated state, giving non-blooming, high tensile strength, excellent heat resistance and dynamic fatigue properties, used as sulfur donor type vulcanizing agent for NR/SR. For the co-vulcanization of different polar rubber, such as NR, CIIR, IIR and EPDM, it provides excellent performance. Can be used in tires, gaskets, belts, automotive hose, damping products. Because containing alkylphenol groups, it has also excellent tackifying and antioxidant effects. Not producing nitrosamines toxic gas during vulcanization, it is an environmentally friendly additive. Referenced dosage 0.5-5 phr.

In paper/plastic combined sack with inner film bag, 25 kg net each. Store indoor, drying and ventilating, shelf-life 18 months.

TB710 acts as a nitrosamine-free vulcanizing agent. It also acts as an antioxidant because of its phenolic structure. Serves as an alternative for TB7 in cases where an agent of lower softening point is required for good dispersion into a rubber compound. It offers high elastomer solubility. It forms monosulphide bridges which are more stable and have very good resistance to heat and ageing when compared with typical polysulfide bridges. It is used for polymers like rubber and in tire industry applications.

It contains active sulfur and can vulcanize rubber under heating condition. The vulcanizate has the properties of non-frosting, high tensile strength and excellent heat resistance. It can be used as sulfur donor vulcanizing agent for natural rubber or synthetic rubber.

It has a good tackifying effect between different polar rubber such as NR, CR, IIR, EPDM and obtains co-vulcanization effect.
