Calcined Dolomite lumps / powder with 35% MgO and 55% CaO
The Calcined Dolomite Powder is a result of Calcinations of Natural Dolomite Lumps. After burning, calcium oxide contains becomes 50% to 55% and Magnesium Contains 30% to 38%. Therefore, we have given it name of Dolo Lime, Calcined Dolomite or Burnt Dolomite. Calcined Dolomite Lumps have normally been formed by the replacement of some of the calcium in limestone with magnesia, a process known as dolomitisation. Theoretically, dolomitic lime should be a stoichiometric mixture of CaO and MgO, i.e. 58% CaO and 42% MgO. In practice, because of impurities and differing levels of dolomitisation, commercial products normally contain 35-40 % MgO. Calcined Dolomite Lumps are the best catalysts and base chemical for steel plants. We are supplier and exporter of Dolomite. We provide all types of Dolomite "Crushed, Powder or Bulk" Product - Dolomite Ore Specification MGO: 20% min Caco3: 32% min Al2o3: 0.04% Fe2o3: 0.02% Shipping mode - Containerized or Bulk Packing olomite powder is an anhydrous carbonate mineral which comprises calcium magnesium carbonate. It finds its use widely in Plastic, in PVC footwear, PVC Pipes, cables and others. One of the most widely used Mineral Fillers in the Plastics and Polymer industry, and its use in rigid packaging has increased significantly over the years due to its low cost and abundance availability.
Dolomite mineral is a double carbonate of calcium and magnesium and it exhibits a granular structure. It has high natural whiteness and it's noted for their ease of dispersion. Its use improves properties such as weather ability, reduces shrinkage, fissure development and water absorption. Natural Dolomite Powder is of White Colour and is used as Filler in many applications such as Soap & Detergent, Paints, Ceramics and many other Industries. Applications: - Soap & Detergent Leather Cloth Industry Cable Industries Rigid PVC Pipes Iron, Steel, and Ferro-Alloys Industries Paints, Inks, Powder Coating Ceramic Industry Rubber Industry Glass Industry Available Mesh Size: - 100 TO 700 MESH Custom sizes and Material of required specifications can be made in case of Bulk and Regular orders. Dolomite as a mineral has very few uses the most common is in the construction industry. It is crushed and sized for use as a road base material, an aggregate in concrete and asphalt, railroad ballast, glass industry also used as refractory, ramming, and fettling material in steel melting shop, and as fluxing material in blast furnace. GS are one of the major Dolomite producers in Egypt, our Dolomite is characterized by moderate percent of MgO (20 -25%), and up to 28-30% for glass manufacturing We can supply Dolomite in lumps or powder form, as per the required micron size, and by any quantities, packages and sizes
