The 15 bar Italian pump forces brewing water through an energy efficient Integrated stainless steel water coil where a 1600W thermocoil, managed by an electronic PID temperature control for increased temperature stability, heats the water to critically precise brewing temperature for excellent extraction of everything your coffee has to offer.
The one-piece aluminum thermo coil is cast around a coil of stainless steel tubing wound around a coiled ceramic-coated electrical heating element. The one-piece thermo-coil is a major improvement over the previous 2 piece thermo-block designs.
