ACM IMPACT MODIFIER is an unique impact modifier which is an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN ) with the structure of CPE grafted Polyacrylate . Property: ACR resin is white amorphous powder. It has good weather resistance, high impact-resisting strength, heat stability, and low percent thermal shrinkage, can promote plastication of PVC resin, decrease process temperature and brings excellent surface quality to finished products. It can not dissolve in water and ethyl alcohol. Non-toxic. Application: NX-401A is suitable for producing transparent pvc sheets, films, etc . N.W.25KG, packed in airproof plastic bag, then in craft paper bag with plastic woven inside. Stored in a dry ventilated place and avoid light and rain. Handle and transport in accordance with general regulations.

PVC Processing Aid ACR401 of Homart Technology is prepared from acrylate monomers by emulsion polymerization process. It is mainly used to improve the processing performance of rigid PVC Plastic, promote the plasticization and melting of PVC Compound, reduce processing temperature and improve the surface gloss of products; Improve the thermal flow properties and extrusion speed of PVC resin; increase melt strength, improve elongation properties, etc. And make PVC products more uniform and improve physical properties such as mechanical strength.
