We are agents representing a large new beef processing facility opening in north Texas in November 2023. The facility will be capable of processing 100 head of cattle per day. The front half of the cows are already under contract for international export. What we have available will be 18,000 lbs per day of the back quarters: roasts, rump and chuck roasts, tri tip roasts, chuck steaks, ground beef, flank steaks, shank bones, and meaty soup bones. All can be ground for ground beef if desired. Seeking long term international contracts for Halal or regular beef markets overseas.
