Rolling mill rolls is a kind of cast iron roll manufactured by using the supercooling of molten iron itself and the quenching of die surface, and adding Ni, Cr, Mo alloy elements at the same time. There is basically no free graphite in the matrix structure of the working layer of the roll body, so it has high hardness and excellent wear resistance. This kind of material can be used to produce large size rolls by static compound casting process, which makes the roll body have high hardness and the roll neck have high strength and toughness, showing good thermal stability and accident resistance.

Nc hydraulic press brake has a facility to program the various jobs with complex bending sequence. The numeric control is used for two axis control ram axis y & back gauge axis x. The program gives facility to bend different bending degrees, different back gauge positions & different open positions. This helps to produce complex bending job in single setting as well the repeatable production at any point of time. The back gauge consist of flip-top fingers, ball screw & linear bearing along with drive Robust, sturdy structure made of ultrasonically tested steel plate of is 262 standard. The combination of world class dedicated controller with highly precise proportional hydraulics to control the ram movement. High quality linear encoder to synchronize the cylinder and hardened & grounded tooling gives the repetitive accuracy in the beam stopping to ¦0.01 mm.
