Operation :
Containers Feed from the decartoning station (Optional) are received on a Unscrambler through visual inspection unit (optional). An infeed worm inverts container to neck down position and feed them through a specially designed indexing device to starwheel. The starwheel carrying the container forward and stops when the nozzles enter into the container and activate the jet water/air. The starwheel indexes the container for next wash.
A separate pumping station (optional) gives the right quantum of water at the desired pressure.
Washed containers are again inverted to neck upward position to collect in Trays/directly feed to Tunnel.
Another addition to our product line offering vial cleaning is an automatic rotary vial machine. This vial machine is rotary in operation and ensures complete cleaning of the vials, leaving no trace of dust or contaminant on the vial. This machine has been engineered to clean the vial with minimal contact of machine parts with containers. It is equipped with a special system that holds the container from Neck and inverts until the washing operation is complete. And once the cleaning is done, the vial is released for vertical washing of the vial. This machine is beneficial in the pharm and biotech industry.
Automatic Rotary Ampoule / Vial Washing Machine is specially designed to wash ampoule/Vial with minimum contact of machine parts with ampoule/vial.
