Densitometer, spectral measuring instrument to check the ingot; mould strength tester to make sure the sand mould at appropriate strength; x-ray tester to conduct ndt; and when the products are finally machining finished by cnc, we have coordinate measuring machine (cmm) to measure the important dimensions. Without such a complete set of equipments and tools, high quality is impossible.
