Make barrel, plastic bottle and bag, make all kind of pipes, make shading net, and make cable wire-insulating.

Application:

HDPE (high density PE) - is used in products and packaging such as plastic bags, milk jugs, detergent bottles, margarine tubs, garbage containers, water pipes, woven bag, raincoat, polyethylene monofilament, woven yarn etc.. LDPE resins are made by high pressure autoclave process and mainly used for blown film extrusion and wire coating (cable sheath) etc.. They are widely used for applications for general purpose packaging films, heavy duty bags, shrink films, and foams.

Pipe grade

HDPE is a white powder or granular product. Non-toxic, tasteless, crystallinity was 80% ~ 90%, softening point is 125 l ~ 35 â??,
using temperature is 100 â??; Hardness, tensile strength and creep are better than low density polyethylene. Good wear resistance,
electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance; Good chemical stability, at room temperature, insoluble in any organic
solvents, acid, alkali and various kinds of salt corrosion resistance; The film has little permeability to water vapor and air and
low water absorption. Aging resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance is better than low density polyethylene,
especially hot oxidation will make its performance degradation, so must be added in the resin antioxidant and uv absorber, etc to
improve the deficiency of. The heat deformation temperature of high density polyethylene film is low under stress.

HDPE Character :
HDPE has the very good performance, especially the insulation dielectric strength is high, so that it is very suitable for wire
and cable. Medium to high molecular weight grades has excellent impact resistance, even at room temperature under 40 flow
temperature.
