At OZIAS mango pulp is derived from harvested and selected fresh, ripe Alphonsomango which is quickly transported to the fruit processing plant and send over for inspection.
Ripened mangos are washed, deseeded and then the pulp is extracted and packaged in hermetically sealed pre-stabilizer bags and OTS Cans. Alphonso can be found in the areas surrounding the Mysore and Konkan region (Ratnagiri- devgad) of Maharashtra state along with the coastal area of Gujrat.
