Coir Pith material is compressed at a 5:1 ratio by a hydraulic pressing machine to produce Seedling Coins, which expands up to 4 times its size. Seedling coins are mostly used in nurseries for seed germination purposes. Coir is the most wanted product for seed germination, it gives better root growth in a short period. Coir disc/coins are 100% biodegradable. so seedling planted directly into the soil or any other growing medium has fewer transplant shock problem.
