Rubber air brake is designed for compressed air brake systems on trucks and buses. This hose meets SAE J1402 specifications. Rubber air brake hose is typically used where it will be subject to gravel, rocks, oil, vibration, etc. whereas nylon air brake is typically routed inside the frame where it will not be subject to debris, vibration, etc. Our hose is a standard hose and is designed for use in very cold environments down to -54C (-65F).
