The rubber tube and covers range from EPDM (excellent chemical, temperature and environmental resistance) to Nitrile (the best oil resistance). Pressure ratings of multipurpose air hose will go as high as 300 PSI working pressure. Most of our multipurpose air hose specs will have maximum temperature ratings of about 200 Deg. F., providing superior performance in high-temperature air tool applications.
Excellent for air and water service as well as many agricultural chemicals. EPDM tube and cover resists heat, sunlight, ozone and weathering. Suitable for applications such as oil mist lubricating air lines, but NOT suitable for the transfer of petroleum products.
